| Program | Day 1: Freestyle starts, turns, finishes Day 2: Backstroke starts, turns, finishes Day 3: Breaststroke & Butterfly starts, turns, finishes Day 4: Freestyle & Medley Relays |

| Where | Scotch College, Shenton Road, Swanbourne Heated Outdoor 50m Pool |
| Age Group | 8-16 years Pre-requisite: must be able to swim 50m of all four competitive stroke |
