The 1-on-1 Stroke Correction is available for a limited time and is suitable for any level of swimmer – from those of you learning to swim to those looking to achieve their Everest – a 70.3 triathlon, Ironman, Rottnest Channel Solo or English Channel Solo crossing.
Being 1-on-1 means that this session is totally “Taylor-Made” around your specific needs, whatever they might be with the unique opportunity to have your stroke correction with Head Coach, Shelley Taylor-Smith.
The focus of the 1-on-1 session is two fold : 1. Keep it simple with respect to efficient technique and 2. support you for injury prevention so you can enjoy a lifetime of swimming enjoyment.
Investment: $250.00 incl GST.
Your 1-ON-1 is inclusive of 75min stroke correction and video analysis with specific swimming drills to support your learning and recommendations from the session. PLUS BONUSES including: 1. Personally signed copy of Head Coach Shelley’s biography “Dangerous When Wet – The Shelley Taylor-Smith Story” and 2. one (1) pass to participate in the popular Team STS Stroke Correction Friday Squad.
