You can still learn from the Champ with the Rotto Channel Swim online coaching program including the 17 week program, motivation and education to help you achieve your Rotto Channel 2012 goal.
How does it work?
- Receive 8x fortnightly email of 2 weeks of programs for the 16 weeks
- Receive 1 x email of last week’s program including preparation and planning for race day
- Receive 3 workouts per week for the first 4 weeks including 2 x 1hr and 1 x 2hr
- Receive 10 weeks of 3 x 2hr workouts
- Receive 3 weeks of taper to Your Rottnest Channel day
- Receive training program for the Christmas & New Year Holidays
- Receive 1 x per month (November, December, January & February) 15min coaching call with Shelley to “Pick Her Brains”
- Receive 1 x Rottnest Channel preparation and planning 2hr workshop ticket held on Saturday 26th November 2011 at Claremont Pool 8.30-10.30am
- Opportunity during the last week leading to Your Rotto Day to call Shelley for Pre-race Mindset Chat. 30mins for $55 (normally $125). (***Pick Shelley’s Brain is only available to people who have purchased the online coaching program).
