Let the Client’s Speak: “I no longer panic …and… PB by 3mins 30secs!”
“Just wanted to say a big thank you! I commenced training for Triathlons at the start of the year and was recommended by a friend to attend your Wednesday Stroke Correction Clinic and Open Water Tuesdays as I was not a confident swimmer in the pool let alone the open water. Now after attending your Stroke Correction Clinic and Open Water Tuesdays I have managed a PB in my swimming by 3mins and 30 seconds in my second triathlon since commencing your training in February. Thanks to your support and coaching I longer panic swimming in the ocean, nor about the competitors that are swimmimg around me. Thank you once again, and see you next Tuesday”.
